These "Male Nuts" are used to connect polymeric tubing in the low pressures zones of HPLC systems and other low pressure, fluidic uses. Tubing must NOT be flanged (flangeless) and Ferrules are required to work properly which are sold separately. Delrin™ (Polyoxymethylene) material is an engineering thermoplastic used in precision parts requiring high stiffness, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability. It is excellent for use with HPLC solvents but is sensitive to both chlorine and acid hydrolysis.

Microsolv Technology Corporation Union, Connector, Tee, High Pressure, 0.50mm Through Holes with 10-32 Screw Threads. Carbon PEEK. Use with 1/16" Tubing. 1 EA.
This "Union" is used to connect the same size PEEK or Stainless Steel tubing on all ends, in the high pressures zones of HPLC systems. A "Tee Connection" is often used to split flow into two directions or to combine two streams into one. Carbon PEEK has been reinforced with carbon fiber, giving it the highest strength and stiffness of all the PEEK grades and improving its load-carrying capacity.

This "Union" is used to connect the same size low pressure tubing FEP ,PFA or PTFE on both ends, in the high pressures zones of HPLC systems. Due to its interior design, you can use this with 1/8" or 1/16th OD Tubing. The tubing ends will butt up against each other forming a zero dead volume connection. Nylon provides high strength and stiffness allowing for good connections when used with proper tubing connectors and all low pressure tubing grades.

These "Male Nuts" are used to connect PEEK or Stainless Steel tubing in the high pressures zones of HPLC systems. Fitting has a large diameter knurled head for ease of generating torque, 21mm total length (top to bottom) with a 12mm thread length. Carbon PEEK has been reinforced with carbon fiber, giving it the highest strength and stiffness of all the PEEK grades and improving its load-carrying capacity.
